Trattoria Italia
In 2019, just a few steps from Nerja’s famous Balcón de Europa, Trattoria Italia was born—a restaurant where Italian culinary tradition meets the warmth and elegance of Andalusia.
A dream made reality by Débora and Massimo who, together with their close friend Nico, decided to bring their vision to life following more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
At Trattoria Italia, every member of our team shares the same passion for hospitality and excellence. We like to think that here, you’ll find more than just a place to eat—you’ll find a home away from home. Our restaurant features three distinct areas...
Our restaurant features three distinct areas. First, a charming little terrace overlooking the town’s main street, perfect for enjoying a leisurely lunch or dinner while taking in the vibrant, multicultural buzz that is so typical of Nerja.
Next, an indoor dining room rich in detail, adorned with vintage photographs, mirrors, and paintings—evoking the warm, nostalgic feel of an Italian family home.
And of course, our marvellous Cordoban-style courtyard, brimming with plants and twinkling lights, which is truly the jewel of the restaurant.
